are hot topics in women’s health these days as everyone is clamoring to do it all- lose weight, have more energy, manage stress, reduce their risk of X disease, and somehow enjoy life more in the process.
As I’ve gone down these paths myself and with clients, I’m finding the focus has unintentionally shifted to be fear-based which inherently adds a heavy layer of stress creating more distance from achieving our health goals.
We are overwhelmed with solutions for better eating, sleeping, moving, and even thinking in order to look and feel better. We are afraid if we don't do ALL the things, we will never feel better.
Add a focused, high-performing woman to the mix, and it's no wonder she feels like she's checked all the boxes and still frustrated with her health. There's too much pressure to live in ways that aren't always right for our unique bodies and lives.
It’s time to make health decisions from a place of love + trust in ourselves, with a healthy dash of science and pragmatism.
True self-care- exactly what everyone needs these days- is as intuitive as it is science-driven, as well as free of guilt and drama. When we take good care of all facets of ourselves, we become the person we were designed to be.
When you work with me, I give you evidence-based options of lifestyle choices that will support you in your specific health goals, but I don't tell you what choices to make.
